How do I get my Badge of Office and Acceptance Letter?

If you pledge in the first 48hrs with any of the tiers that include physical products (Silverguard or higher), we will automatically include these in your pledge. The Badge of Office will only be included in the Supporter tier if you have physical items as Add-ons in the Pledge Manager. Once the campaign ends, we’ll ask you to provide a name for the letter to be made out to. This can be your name, your characters name, or the name of a friend you want to convince to play with you!

What is your replacement policy?

We will replace any physical item that was damaged or lost due to shipping errors, or that has some kind of manufacturing defect, so long as it is reported before December 2027. Digital files will be sent to the email address designated in the Pledge Manager after the campaign ends. If the files are lost or corrupted, we will resend them to the same email address.

What is your refund policy?

We will refund physical items due to manufacturing defects only if a replacement is not acceptable, and only if the defective item is sent back to us. This ensures we can properly inspect the item and report it to the manufacturer. Digital items will not be refunded. This is because they cannot be meaningfully returned, and don’t often suffer manufacturing defects.

When are you looking at shipping physical items?

We aim to ship physical items by the 31st of October. However, our worst-case estimations has us sending our final batches around December 2026, with those packages arriving by the end of January 2027.

What is the release date for Digital Items?

Digital Items will be released the same day that the first physical packages are sent out.

Where do you ship?

Currently we are shipping to Australia, North America, parts of Europe, the UK, and parts of Asia. If demand in other countries increases, we will look to ship to those places as well, though we cannot make any promises.

Shipping fees will be calculated and collected in the Pledge Manager after the campaign ends.

What if I live outside the area you ship to but would still like the game?

Don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll see what we can do. If enough people from an area inquire we can look to adding it.

I'm not a merchant, can I back at the Merchant tier?

Yes. If you are willing to purchase books in bulk that is fine by me. Got a group of 5 friends who each want their own copy? Merchant is the way to go.

Last updated: April 07, 2026 22:57

How big is the book?

At last estimation it came in around 180 pages. With artwork and layout it will likely balloon out to ~220ish pages. This is also without all of the custom monsters we are adding from this campaign. Final numbers will be provided as they are known.

What we can tell you for certain is that the book is letter size, hardcover, and contains everything you need to play for both the players and the Narrator.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
